Our production fee is a simple equation: $175 per person, per day, plus our team's travel (flights and hotel) and a 15% commission on any sponsorship we bring in. The minimum production fee is $5,000, and rates adjust for larger or shorter events.

Example: 65 attendees × 2 days × $175 = $22,750, plus $1,500 travel = $24,250.

That fee is built into your overall budget as a line item. A $100K budget means $100K total, with our fee inside it. That covers everything from naming the event and sourcing venues to designing swag and running every onsite detail, plus the 400 things in between.

If you have a community that shows up for you online, yes. We produce events from 10 people to 1,000, and honestly, smaller is often better. You don't need a stadium; you need your people in the same room.

It's kind of our favorite. First-time hosts get the same full production as veterans — we've done this enough times for the both of us. You bring the community; we'll handle everything that scares you.
