Multi-day, full-stage, and built entirely from what you've already made — your content becomes the sessions, your network becomes the speaker roster, your community becomes the room. We produce every layer: venue, stage, food, swag, signage, and a run of show that hums. You walk out on stage; we handle literally everything else.
Best for: creators and educators whose content has outgrown the screen.

Multi-day retreats
6-9 months full-production
A few days, one roof, and the deepest version of community you can produce. We find the house, plan meals people talk about for months, and build an agenda loose enough for real conversation — because the best retreat moments never appear on a schedule, but they don't happen without one. Your only job is being there.
Best for: teams, masterminds, and communities ready to go from usernames to friends.

2+ months full-production
The fastest way from "we should meet up" to actually meeting. A book launch, a milestone dinner, a five-city tour, or no occasion beyond wanting your people in a room — we produce it end to end, and it travels: same brand, same energy, new city every stop. A few golden hours that your community will reference forever.
Best for: creators who want to meet their people where they actually live.

Conferences and summits: 7–12 months. Pop-ups and smaller gatherings: 2+ months. If your date is closer than that, reach out anyway, sometimes the stars align!
We recommend this runway mostly for venue availability and sponsorships.

We charge 30% of your total event budget for full-service production — and it's built in as a line item, not added on top.
A $100K budget means $100K total, with our fee inside it. That covers everything from naming the event and sourcing venues to designing swag and running every onsite detail (and the 400 things in between).
We also have a 15% sponsorship fee for any cash deals we land for your event.

If you have a community that shows up for you online, yes. We produce events from 20 people to 250, and honestly, smaller is often better. You don't need a stadium; you need your people in the same room.

It's kind of our favorite. First-time hosts get the same full production as veterans — we've done this enough times for the both of us. You bring the community; we'll handle everything that scares you.
