WORKROOM Days™ are a one-day accelerator event held in Austin, Texas, designed to help you eliminate creative chaos and strengthen operating dynamics as you scale. We work with you to map, refine, and redesign the way you work and build relationships with your clients & community.
Through a mix of proven strategy, facilitation, and hands-on learning, you’ll learn to streamline communication, document operating rhythms, and create workflows that support your new era of creativity.
We’ll be hosting four small-group Workroom Days in 2026.

We believe that in order for entrepreneurs to be innovative & successful, you need creative play and learning. During the mastermind, you will be participating in interactive activities with fellow attendees. There is little lecture, presentations or breakout sessions because WORKROOM Days™ are NOT a day for listening and hoping to make time for change after the event. Our curriculum is designed to transform your workflows & client experience before the day ends.

COFFEE
Sara is an absolute snob for a honey lavender latte, so no Starbucks here. Not a coffee fan? We love a good cup of tea or orange juice too
(and will have it available!).
PLAY
From roleplaying a chef show to building a Rube Goldberg machine, drawing on large rolls of butcher paper, we’re pulling out all the stops to get your creative juices flowing.
LUNCH
We have a no-turkey-box-lunch rule at UNMUTE™, and best believe we uphold it. And don’t worry, dietary restrictions are strictly enforced!
We’ll also have snacks for that 2PM slump (;
WORK
Through play, you’ll learn crucial methods like writing an SOP, and how to fill gaps that over-impress your clients, using our three-proven methods to 10X your customer journey.
You’ll spend the afternoon implementing and overhauling elements of workflows with direct 1:1 support from Sara.
WORKROOM Days™ are for solo freelancers, small teams and creatives who want to improve their process and deliver 10X better work than they did last year.

Yep! We recommend only bringing one to two other team members for a dedicated WORKROOM Day™, but we are more than happy to host a private session for teams of 4+.

Yep! We host WORKROOM Days™ 4X a year and release tickets quarterly. Note, we close registration 10 days prior to any event to finalize headcounts.

Your ticket is fully transferrable to another individual within 14 days of the schedule event. You can also use the ticket for a future WORKROOM Day™ up to one year following the original purchase. If neither of the options work, we offer a full refund within 30 days of the event. Email support@unmutework.com for help.
