Day 2 — The Work
Full-day strategic facilitation built on Sara's operational curriculum. You map, decide, and build — whether that's a new offer, a year-end plan, or a solution to the problem that's been slowing you down.
Day 3 — Additional Programming
Customized to your team and venue — activities, breakout sessions, continued strategic work, or a mix. This day flexes based on what your team actually needs.
Day 4 — Breakfast & Send-Off
