Workroom Afterhours is our monthly workshop series, where we take over a pizza shop around town and cover a specific topic like Workflow Design Thinking, to help you improve a specific area of your business.

Workshops are $25/person, and are held every 1st Thursday of the month from 6-8PM. Tickets include curriculum, pizza & a non-alcoholic drink. Workroom Insiders receive a free ticket!

WORKROOM Masterminds are a one-day accelerator event held in Austin, Texas, and designed to help you eliminate chaos, strengthen operating dynamics, and create an unforgettable customer experience.
Through a mix of proven strategy, facilitation, and hands-on learning, you’ll learn to streamline communication, document operating rhythms, and create workflows that support your new era of creativity.
The Workroom Mastermind is great for ATX entrepreneurs and/or their team members to want accelerator-style support to overhaul a specific workflow in the business, like, client onboarding, project feedback & testimonials, or sales funnels.
Most attendees have already launched and use the mastermind for refinement. However, if you are preparing to launch an offer, you’re still a great fit as long as you have parallel experience to reference.

Workflow Audits
During our morning programming, you'll learn our three proven frameworks to audit your workflows, identify gaps and areas of opportunities, and create replicable processes that surprise and delight every customer, like:
- The If this, Then what? Method for identifying gaps in your processes
- The Domino Method for creating multiple automated actions from single actions
- and The Experience Standard for developing a universal client/customer experience no matter the invoice price.
Small Group Workflow Redesign Workshop
After lunch, you'll be paired with fellow attendees who are focused on similar workflows and/or offer similar services, to roleplay ICPs and finalize your workflow based on peer feedback. Then together, you'll physically map your workflows using post-its and our color-coding system to easily see automations, manual tasks, and then begin to build a to-do list for changes.
